Refund Policy
To request a refund, email support@getaquasculpt.com within 60 days of purchase and return the product (even if empty). Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days.

Assignment

Dispute Resolution & Class Action Waiver
These Terms are governed by the laws of Barbados. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in St. Michael, Barbados. You may not join or bring a class action.
Severability
If any part of these Terms is invalid, the remainder will remain in effect.
